Saturday Morning Peanut Butter Pancakes

Taking Bisquick to another level is as easy as saying "Jif." Yep, Jif peanut butter is the secret ingredient for these spectacular "Peanut Butter Pancakes." After trying this recipe you may be changed forever (well atleast in the pancake arena.) Some have compared the finished product to a peanut butter cookie straight out of the oven. What could be better, especially when paired with nice helping of warm syrup and butter to top it off. So you may be wondering to go "smooth" or "crunchy?" Well I'll leave that one up to you...either way you will be left with a wonderful start to your Saturday morning.

Saturday Morning Peanut Butter Pancakes Recipe

2 Cups Bisquick Mix
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 egg
1/2 Cup Jif Peanut Butter

Yields about 15 pancakes

*May I also recommend some strawberry jam as an optional syrup substitute and compliment it all with a tall glass of milk.

Whoa....this made biscuit dough. Sorry, you'll have to work on the ratios a bit more.
